Sunday School & Nursery

Our Sunday School meets while our church service is in session from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. At Sunday School, students first learn to know and love God. Classes are grouped by grade levels and are taught by well-qualified and experienced church members. The first lessons are on the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount including the Beatitudes, and the Lord's Prayer.

Children and young people up to the age of 20 attend the Sunday School.

As  students advance, they become familiar with the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. These two books are the foundation for learning how to apply and demonstrate Christian Science in their lives.

The students also learn about the many Scriptural stories and important characters found in the Bible, and often included in the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson. Students are taught each story's deeper meaning and spiritual significance — and how they can apply the same principles in their own lives.

The first lessons for young children include the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount,  and the Lord's Prayer.
