power or strength, but on my Spirit.

1 The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord
hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;
he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim
liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to
them that are bound;
3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them
beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of
praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called
trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might
be glorified.
11 Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the
glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in
the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom,
O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.
12 . . . and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand
it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
13 Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy
glorious name.
